Max Hatt / Edda Glass is a duo built around Edda Glass's vocals and Max Hatt's guitar work. Their music blends jazz, bossa nova, Americana and atmospheric songwriting, moving between smoky, jazz-inflected songs and spacious Americana arrangements. NPR's Mountain Stage has called their sound "unique," and Wilco guitarist Nels Cline described it as "elegantly funky."
