Mark Solotroff in New York

Mark Solotroff is a Chicago musician known for bleak industrial and analog synth work in the underground noise scene. His solo recordings build death ambient and desolate electronic soundscapes from heavy bass and feedback. He founded the post-industrial band Intrinsic Action in 1984 and leads the heavy electronic group BLOODYMINDED, formed in 1995. His live sets focus on post-industrial electronics and abrasive analog synth textures in intimate club settings.
