Malo

Malo is a Latin rock band from San Francisco, formed in 1971 and led in its early years by Arcelio Garcia and Jorge Santana, brother of Carlos Santana. Its sound blends Latin music, rock, jazz and blues over full horn and percussion sections. The 1972 debut album "Malo" reached No. 14 on the Billboard 200, and "Suavecito", co-written by original singer Richard Bean, became the band's signature hit.
