Louise Bock

Louise Bock is the solo project of Taralie Peterson, saxophonist of the experimental psychedelic-folk band Spires That in the Sunset Rise. Her music pairs atonal, repetitive structures with saxophone, clarinet, cello, voice, and lap harp in dark, otherworldly textures. Albums include "Repetitives in Illocality" (2018) and "Abyss: For Cello" (2020) on Feeding Tube Records. Live performances are intimate, haunting sets often joined by experimental percussionists.
