Lost Dog Street Band is a country and folk band formed in 2010 by Benjamin Tod and Ashley Mae, named after their yellow Labrador. Tod's songs deal with personal struggle and resilience, backed by Ashley Mae's fiddle and Jeff Loops on bass. Their album "Weight of a Trigger" (2019) reached number five on the Billboard Bluegrass Albums chart. The band has funded its releases independently through crowdfunding.
