rockpop
Little Feat is an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1969 around singer and guitarist Lowell George. Their sound mixes rock, blues, funk and New Orleans rhythm, with complex grooves and bottleneck slide guitar. "Dixie Chicken" (1973) set that identity, and the 1978 live album "Waiting for Columbus" is widely rated among the best in rock. Concerts are known for extended, improvisational playing.
