Life In A Blender

Life in a Blender is a Brooklyn band formed in the mid-1980s around singer and songwriter Don Rauf. The six-piece sets Rauf's blackly comic, story-driven lyrics against music that runs from screaming punk to orchestrated chamber pop, with violin and cello in the lineup. It has released ten albums, among them "Satsuma" in 2020. The live shows are theatrical, with cabaret-style energy and the occasional puppet.
