Killswitch Engage is an American metalcore band from Westfield, Massachusetts, formed in 1999. Their music blends melodic metalcore with heavy riffs and both screaming and clean vocals. Breakout came with 2004's "The End of Heartache", certified gold; "As Daylight Dies" (2006) went platinum behind the single "My Curse". Live shows deliver intense, singalong metalcore built around fan favorites from across their catalogue.
