Kepi Ghoulie

Kepi Ghoulie is the stage name of Jeff Alexander, a Sacramento-born pop-punk singer and bassist who founded the Groovie Ghoulies. Their horror-movie-meets-bubblegum sound drew on the Ramones and garage rock across nine LPs on Lookout Records through 2007. He later recorded solo and with country-rock band the Haints, curating Groovie Ghoulies reissues for Pirates Press. Live sets keep his playful, hook-heavy punk spirit at club bills and themed punk parties.
