Janky Bungag

Janky Bungag is a Filipino-Canadian flatpicker from Vancouver who makes alt-country and records for Royal Mountain Records. His sound is bluegrass-fast and outlaw-warm, drawing on Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard with the energy of the punk records he grew up on. His songs turn city life, rent and romance, vices and good friends, into honest and funny stories.
