Insane Clown Posse is a horrorcore hip hop duo from Detroit, formed in 1989 by Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope. Their music mixes hardcore rap with rap rock and carnival imagery. They founded Psychopathic Records and built the Joker's Cards series, from "Carnival of Carnage" (1992) to "The Wraith: Hell's Pit" (2004). Their fans are called Juggalos, and shows are known for spraying Faygo soda over the crowd.
