Homeshake is the solo project of Peter Sagar from Montreal, started in 2012 while he played guitar in Mac DeMarco's live band. His hazy bedroom pop draws on synthpop and alternative R&B. He left DeMarco's band in 2014, the year of his debut "In the Shower", and followed it with albums such as "Midnight Snack" (2015), "Fresh Air" (2017) and "Helium" (2019).
