Hero the Band is a group of brothers, the Barnetts, from Decatur, Georgia. The band describes its sound as genre-defying, driven by the electric pulse of East Atlanta funk, with alternative rock and R&B in the mix. Members of the band are among the credited songwriters of Kacey Musgraves' "Lonely Millionaire", a co-write for which the band bills itself as Grammy-nominated.
