Hed Cheez

Hed Cheez is an experimental music project by Mike Baker in Cleveland, Ohio. It extends his long Cleveland punk pedigree into free jazz, loops, electrified trumpet, EWI, vocals and sample-driven soundscapes. Event copy for the bill describes the work as a kitchen-sink experiment where no ingredient is off limits. Live appearances mix solo sets with improv-heavy jazz lineups.
