Hard Chiller is a rock project formed by Steve Choi of RX Bandits and The Sound of Animals Fighting with Joe Vannucchi of From Indian Lakes. Their sound blends heavy and dreamy textures, pairing pretty and dark moods across dense yet light arrangements. The debut LP "BABY!" on Born Losers Records showcases that juxtaposition, with Casey Deitz on drums and Roger Camero on bass. Live, the quartet leans into old and new influences in a hard but chill rock sound.
