Dominique Hammons

Dominique Hammons is a Houston-born violinist blending classical technique with hip-hop, R&B, jazz, gospel, and soul. He began violin at eight and trained at Houston's High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. He earned a music performance degree with jazz emphasis from the University of Oklahoma in 2017. Soul Sessions concerts pair improvisation and contemporary rhythms with an energetic crossover stage presence.
