Destroyer is a Canadian indie rock band from Vancouver fronted by singer-songwriter Dan Bejar. Bejar's baroque, literary songwriting shifts between intimate confession and lush arrangements across albums such as "Kaputt" (2011) and "Labyrinthitis" (2022). He is also a member of the New Pornographers. Live shows pair poetic narratives with an evolving cast of collaborators, including stripped-down solo sets.
