Curtis Stigers is an American singer-songwriter, saxophonist, and guitarist born in Hollywood and raised in Boise, Idaho. He blends jazz, blues, soul, and pop with bebop flair and raw, story-driven vocals. His 1991 debut spawned the hit "I Wonder Why," and his cover of Nick Lowe's "(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding" appeared on The Bodyguard soundtrack. Club concerts feature jazz reinventions of his pop hits alongside standards and originals.
