Coco Montoya in Decatur (Georgia)

Coco Montoya is an American blues guitarist and singer from Santa Monica, California. A self-taught, left-handed player, he is known for blistering fretwork and soul-deep vocals in a blues-rock style. Mentored by Albert Collins and a decade with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers, his debut "Gotta Mind to Travel" (1995) won a Blues Music Award for Best New Artist. His live shows are celebrated for heart-pounding guitar work and passionate singing.
