Chubby Checker

Chubby Checker is the stage name of Ernest Evans, an American rock and roll singer raised in South Philadelphia. His 1960 cover of Hank Ballard's "The Twist" topped the Billboard Hot 100 in two separate chart runs, and Billboard named it the biggest chart hit of all time in 2008.
