Chris Cruse

Chris Cruse is a Los Angeles-born DJ and founder of the queer house party Spotlight, based in Berlin. His sets draw on house, techno, disco, and acid, channeling the queer roots of dance music. He launched Spotlight in 2012 and later founded Spotlight Records to spotlight overlooked queer dance tracks. On the floor he blends sleek, linear grooves with occasional diva-driven cathartic peaks.
