Chris Bergson Band is a New York blues ensemble led by guitarist and songwriter Chris Bergson, blending soul, jazz, and Delta blues. MOJO called Bergson a street poet with a blues soul; his 2007 album Fall Changes was its Blues Album of the Year. He entered the New York Blues Hall of Fame in 2015 and teaches at Berklee. Live sets move from blazing rock and funk to after-hours soul.
