Cheekface is an indie rock trio from Los Angeles, formed in 2017 around singer and guitarist Greg Katz. The songs are short and lyrics first, with Katz talk singing deadpan lines about anxiety and everyday sociopolitical unease. The band releases on its own label New Professor Music, and Paste ranked "Emphatically No." (2021) among the best rock albums of the year.
