Brass Against is a New York musical collective that fuses a brass section, heavy rock, and soul-shaking vocals into politically charged cover arrangements. Led by guitarist Brad Hammonds and musical director Andrew Gutauskas, the rotating ensemble reworks songs by Tool, Rage Against the Machine, and Led Zeppelin with jazz-trained players. Founded in 2017, the group grew from viral brass videos into festival stages and opening slots for Tool and Prophets of Rage. Live sets deliver electrifying, protest-minded energy built to demand attention and inspire change.
