Bored Lord

Bored Lord is the alias of Oakland-based producer and DJ Daria Lourd, originally from Memphis, Tennessee. Her sample-heavy club tracks blend energetic house and bass music with themes of queer identity, nostalgia, and the cathartic space rave culture holds for queer and trans dancers. She has become a fixture in the Bay Area underground electronic scene over the past decade. DJ sets emphasize extended, communal floor experiences over headline spectacle.
