Bit Brigade

Bit Brigade is an Athens, Georgia rock band that performs NES and SNES game soundtracks live while gamer Noah McCarthy speedruns the title on stage. Their rock arrangements track gameplay in real time, turning classic stage themes into guitar, bass, and drum showcases. Founded in 2004 from a late-night Contra session, the group grew from a side project into a touring act covering Mega Man, Castlevania, and Zelda. Shows blend risk and spectacle as the band plays on until the run finishes.
