Awake & Dreaming is a four-piece alt-rock band from Waterloo, Ontario, with Sasha Kristoff, Stefan Schneider, Phil Lee, and Ryan Dugal. They blend piano-led verses with arena-scale guitars, electronic atmosphere, and art-rock drama. They issued singles including "Antidote" (2026) from their debut album cycle. Live shows use synchronized lighting and move from quiet intimacy to full-volume choruses.
