Anne Heaton

Anne Heaton is an American folk singer-songwriter and classically trained pianist from the Chicago area, now based in Milwaukee. Her intimate songs blend pop-influenced folk with barbed, spiritual reflections praised by the Washington Post and New York Times. Debut album "Black Notebook" (2002) launched a catalog including "Blazing Red" (2009) and "To the Light" (2019). Live sets pair a rich, soaring voice with infectious energy honed through stages shared with Sarah McLachlan and Jewel.
