Andrew Peterson is an American Christian singer-songwriter and author who records folk rock and roots gospel music. His lyrics trace biblical narratives with storytelling warmth, blending folk, country, and bluegrass textures. He released the Christmas concept album "Behold the Lamb of God" in 2004 and has toured that song cycle since 2001. Live, those concerts pair a songwriters-in-the-round set with a full album performance, often at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium.
