Andre Cruz & The Black Diamond Rhythm Band is a soul outfit from the San Francisco Bay Area, formerly billed as Andre Cruz & Chris Lujan. Their sound is fuzz-heavy, groove-infused soul that moves between tender balladry and ferocious dancefloor energy. The group grew out of a studio project into a touring act and released the album "The Real Thing" in 2022, with music featured in Netflix's "Norman's Rare Guitars" and Apple TV's "American Homeboy".
