Amorphis in Jacksonville

Amorphis is a Finnish progressive metal band from Helsinki, formed in 1990. Their music blends melodic death metal with folk and progressive textures, often drawing lyrics from the Kalevala epic. "Tales from the Thousand Lakes" (1994) was an early Kalevala concept album that helped shape their hybrid sound. Live, they are known for dense, atmospheric sets balancing heaviness with melody and keyboards.
