Argentine-born Mexican singer-songwriter Amanda Miguel has led a Latin ballad career since the early 1980s. Her powerful voice drives romantic heartbreak songs, from "Él Me Mintió" to Rompecorazones (1992). Debuting with El Sonido Vol. I (1981), she broke through with Amame Una Vez Más (1996) on her label DIAM Music. Her concerts pair full-band arrangements with decades of Latin ballad classics.
