Al Jardine

Al Jardine is an American musician and co-founder of the Beach Boys, best known as the band's rhythm guitarist and harmony vocalist. His voice helped define the group's California sound through layered harmonies on surf-and-sun classics. He sang lead on "Help Me, Rhonda" (1965) after co-founding the band in Hawthorne, California in 1961. Live, he has appeared with the Pet Sounds Band celebrating Brian Wilson's songbook alongside his son Matt Jardine.
