Adrian Sherwood in New York

Adrian Sherwood is an English record producer, remixer and dub specialist, born in London in 1958. He applies dub mixing techniques and studio effects to material far outside reggae, taking in post-punk, industrial and electronic music. He founded the On-U Sound label in 1979, home to Tackhead, Dub Syndicate and African Head Charge, and has worked with Lee "Scratch" Perry and Prince Far I as well as remixing Depeche Mode and Nine Inch Nails. Solo albums include "Never Trust a Hippy" (2003) and "Survival & Resistance" (2012).
