100 Flowers is the name the Los Angeles punk band the Urinals, formed at UCLA in 1978, adopted for its early post-punk phase. Its songs moved from minimalist thrash toward funk-inflected post-punk with psychedelic and motorik touches. Under this name the band released the album "100 Flowers" in 1983. A lineup with guitarist Kjehl Johansen still plays sporadically under the name.
