The Happiness of Pursuit Festival, known as THOP Fest, is an independent hip hop festival held in the Inland Empire region of Southern California since 2017. Founded by the Ontario rapper 60 East, it is built around lyricism and grassroots culture, giving emerging independent artists a platform. Editions have been staged in Ontario and Fontana, pairing the music with street art, skateboarding and vendors.
