The Mariposa Folk Festival is a folk music festival in Orillia, Ontario, first held in 1961. It takes its name from Mariposa, the fictional town in Stephen Leacock's Sunshine Sketches of a Little Town, which was inspired by Orillia. After years at venues elsewhere in Ontario, the festival returned to Orillia in 2000 and is held at Tudhope Park. It usually takes place over a weekend in July.
