Cousinz Festival is a one-day hip-hop and R&B festival held on the grounds of Norfolk Scope in Norfolk, Virginia, first staged in 2024. Founded by Hampton Roads natives Pusha T, Fam-Lay and Antonio Dowe, it pairs national headliners with local DJs and community programming. Erykah Badu performed at the first edition in 2024, and Jeezy, T-Pain and Lil' Kim headlined in 2025. It is usually held in late summer.

About the festival
Cousinz Festival is officially back for its third year! After a sold out festival last year, Cousinz returns with a star-studded lineup curated for multi-generational urban music lovers. This years headliners feature legendary Grammy Award Winning Hip-Hop artist T.I., R&B powerhouse Keyshia Cole, Grammy Award Winning singer and songwriter The-Dream, and Southern rap favorite Plies. The excitement continues with performances and appearances from The-Dream, Bryan-Michael Cox & Friends, Jae Murphy, and a special set from DJ Envy of The Breakfast Club, the nations number one morning show. Additional vibes will be provided by DJ Boof, DJ Quicksliva, and DJ Aktive, keeping the energy high all day long. Hosting this years festivities are fan favorites, Comedian Chico Bean and Radio Personality Dominique Da Diva. Cousinz Festival 2026 is set to be an unforgettable experience.
