The Bellingham Celtic Festival is a weekend of Celtic music and culture held in downtown Bellingham, Washington. It is produced by the Celtic Arts Foundation, a non-profit whose stated mission is to sponsor, encourage and promote Celtic culture through events and educational activities. Rather than using one site, it spreads concerts, sessions and workshops across a central six-block area of concert halls, bars, restaurants and community spaces.
