Oct 30th-Nov 1, Nov 4, Nov 14-15 Two years into his presidency, Peter Peters faces plummeting poll numbers, rising opposition, and a credible terrorism threat. In response, he is on the verge of declaring martial law. His opponents are hoping instead for a democratic uprising. The President—an original one-man show written and performed by acclaimed playwright John Feffer--puts our perilous and polarized politics under a magnifying glass just in time for the midterm elections. It's a funny, harrowing, and ultimately inspiring 70-minute performance.
