The Nerds - Rockaway Beach NY

For over 40 years, THE NERDS have been turning every show into a party with their signature combination of high-energy music, outrageous humor, engaging audience interaction, and incredible musicianship. Born at the Jersey Shore, THE NERDS became one of the region’s most recognizable and beloved bands, performing across 38 states and on legendary stages including Carnegie Hall, PNC Arts Center, Rockefeller Center, and Lincoln Center.

Today, longtime members Spaz, Stretch and Mongo are joined by Bob on guitar and vocals and Joe on drums, bringing fresh energy to the band while keeping the unmistakable sound, humor, and anything-can-happen spirit that has defined THE NERDS for more than four decades.

More than 40 years later, one thing hasn’t changed: THE NERDS still know how to turn any crowd into a party. THE NERDS — Make it a party they’ll never forget.
