We welcome Rene Wise, whose approach to production and DJing is shaped by a deep attention to detail and a strong sense of storytelling through sound. Drawing from a background in drums and percussion, influenced early on by his Iranian father, a former professional drummer, Wise has developed a distinctly physical approach to techno built around low-end pressure, intricate rhythm, and atmospheric depth. His work has found a home on labels including Mote Evolver, while his own imprint Moving Pressure, launched in 2024, explores the relationship between sound, movement, and emotion. With appearances at institutions including Berghain and Bassiani, alongside a residency with Eerste Communie, Wise has become known for immersive sets that reward patience and unfold with precision over time.

Joining him is SIIA, a Ukrainian-born, Boston-based DJ whose sound is built around tension, rhythm, and depth. Moving through hypnotic techno, rolling grooves, tribal percussion, and shadowy atmospheres, her sets use repetition as a form of gravity, gradually building pressure through subtle shifts in texture and rhythm. With a background in mathematics, her instinct for pattern, structure, and transformation also informs a growing focus on sound design and the development of a sonic language of her own.

Opening the night is J.I.A., a Cambridge-based DJ whose genre-bending sets build narratives across minimal techno, electronica, and breakbeat. Drawing inspiration from scenes in Berlin, Australia, New York, and the UK, she approaches each set with a wide musical perspective and a focus on progression from the first record onward.
