North Carolina native Paola Cruz is a 24-year-old blues, soul, and R&B singer-songwriter. With a voice overflowing with bitter heartache and sultry longing, she blends Southern grit with her Honduran-Salvadoran heritage. A graduate of NYU’s Songwriting Master’s program, Paola’s sound ranges from sensual ballads to raw declarations of heartbreak, flowing effortlessly between English and Spanish. Now based in New York City, Paola has brought her lounge-lit presence to stages like Rockwood Music Hall, Nublu, and The Bitter End.
