Lo-Liner + Kelsey Sprague Band + Megan Diana

“A perfectly timed engine is a beautiful thing. A muscle car purrs at idle, humbly coated in grease, smelling of gasoline, it clicks and whines in revolution, betraying its ungodly power to resist the draw of gravity with explosive torque. Arlan Lackie's acoustic guitar is this kind of machine: a wood and wire hot rod he combines with deadpan vocal delivery that you can feel in your chest. Lackie finds all the words needed to describe Lo-Liner's sound in the song "Eye For and Eye" when he sings "...a big vibration, and a rumbl'in force, that ol' machine's gonna win of course". His titanic voice is tendered by his partner in the band Lucile Lackie, whose ethereal harmonies, additions on winding lap steel, make Lo-Liner a band - a blend of influences from old country, blues, folk and rock and roll. Think White stripes meets the Carter Family…or The Handsome Family arguing with Simon and Garfunkel.” ___________________________________________________________ Kelsey Sprague Band weaves songs that feel like love letters—tender, nostalgic, and achingly human. Their sound blends old-school soul themes and retro pop hooks with indie folk intimacy, evoking the warmth of vintage radio and the ache of a well-worn memory. With romantic tempos and dreamy hooks, every song is a slow dance between heartbreak and hope, written to bring people home to themselves. ___________________________________________________________ Megan Diana is pioneering a new genre: DREAM - COUNTRY - DISCO. Take your favorite vintage keyboard — hello Wurlitzer 200A —- put it through an echo/delay pedal, add lush layers of French horn & vocals, anchor it all with throwback drum grooves & top it off with glittery pedal steel. After the release of her debut album Women in My Head, Megan has been hard at work touring the world & sharing her second album Cabin Fever.
