A live performance by Poxsey, industrial techno duo. Joins us on Friday September 18th, as we kick off the night with a midnight peformance by Poxsey: Poxsy: the duo consists of singer Violet and producer Justin Symbol. Their sound pairs dreamy brooding lyrics with industrial beats and haunting synth, drawing inspiration from acts like Crystal Castles, Nine Inch Nails, and Hole. Their latest EP—POXSEY III—is a raw uncompromising visceral ride. The songs were accidentally deleted twice by Violet during chaotic moves, forcing the band to start over and reinvent. The result is an honest and captivating snapshot of their lifestyle, merging 90s alt goth aesthetics and pounding industrial techno into something uniquely “Poxsey” .
