Laure Croft, the Tune Raider herself, makes her BASEMENT debut for BOUND. The Dutch-born, Berlin-based artist lives by one rule alone: “keep it sexy.” Since 2024, she’s been at the helm of her SEXYRECS label, which has already assembled a remarkable roster. Her vinyl-heavy sets strike an essential balance: scorching techno, coursing, atmospheric grooves, decisive power all come into play. Running on pure selections and honed technique with no excess of flash, Croft oozes the kind of confidence in the booth that makes it impossible not to lock in. Skin also arrives in the room for the first time. This one is special - Skin made her name as the lead singer for the iconic rock-electronic group Skunk Anansie, whose work across the ‘90s blended elements of heavy, confrontational punk and grunge with industrial and electronica. As a solo artist, she has channeled that intensity into her techno sets, bringing the same galvanizing power that has made her such a figurehead. BOUND founder Katie Rex completes the lineup, driving the night home with a dose of pure hardgroove and thundering, noise-caked techno.

San Francisco’s Squish joins for their second STUDIO takeover. The party series has grown into one of the key hubs of queer nightlife in a city that is already historic for its deep history of LGBT+ art, culture and political activism. Extending that lineage, Squish has invited some of the most thrilling artists from around the globe to the Bay Area for community-forward events whose impact reverberates far beyond their hometown. Kim Anh headlines the night. The STUDIO mainstay has spent years developing her own unique interpretation of dance music. Rooted in the glimmering vistas and charged glamor of the ‘80s, Anh has crafted a body of work that finds timelessness in hyperspecificity. DJ Warning returns from LA following this June’s debut at the club. This May, he released “Fist Pumpers United,” a three track EP that pulls no punches. At the center of the batch sits “Move Your Body,” a track that reworks Marshall Jefferson’s anthemic classic of the same name. Warning’s statement rings through loud and clear. Even as he invokes a pillar of the genre, he makes it own. Squish co-founders likeholywine and Nonsuit complete the lineup with one of their signature b2bs. likeholywine drills right down to the core with heavy, pumping house, no questions asked, while Nonsuit adds a touch of depth and dubby reverberance.
