About the concert
Kellya and Nick Boyd play at Paragon in New York on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 8:00 PM. Tickets cost between $15 and $30. Nick Boyd last played New York just last week, at Honey's.
We make our own history, but we do not make it as we please. The tradition of all dead generations weighs like a nightmare on the brains of the living...
A fundraiser for the New York City Democratic Socialists of America (NYC-DSA) ahead of our biennial City Convention. At the last City Convention in 2024, the chapter voted to endorse Zohran Mamdani for Mayor and the next day, he launched a campaign that changed the world. This November, more than 500 delegates representing our 15,000 members will deliberate, debate, and decide on the structure and activity of our chapter for the next two years.
Upstairs is HEAVEN, to be free and dance enraptured. Music from some of NYC's finest underground artists. Downstairs is HELL, to be forced to organize against the ghouls destroying our world. Hauntings and tabling by NYC-DSA.

Kellya is a born-n-raised New Yorker, a fun and proper selekta with a love for heavy bass, percussive grooves, and the odd surprise. Expect left-field bits, breaks, new wave, and an occasional familiar curveball.
Moment Machine is the live electronic post-jungle, future “drum & space” duo of Currency Audio (Exit Records) and Jason Lindner (Now Vs Now, David Bowie). Together they conjoin two unique worlds into an expansive sonic and rhythmic ecosystem, using improvisation, action, and reaction in an engaged and spontaneous flow of live electronic beats with evolving soundscapes, harmonic rhythm, and core-shaking bass. It’s a shape-shifting experience of the duo effectively deejaying their own craft in real-time.
PG-13 aka Alex Urquia is a New York-based artist interested in the liminal space between DJ and performer and the transcendent power of the dance floor. She incorporates narrative into her sets, building emotionally charged environments that lead the audience from the familiar to the unknown.
Between his own DJing and his work behind Sorry Records, Nick Boyd has become something of a staple of the New York’s club circuit. Behind the boards, he pairs old-school house and techno sounds with a more new-school kitchen-sink mentality. He plays with reverence but without idolatry, paying homage to his favorite scenes without tying himself to them.
Descend downstairs into DSA HELL. Hauntings, tabling, and music crafted by NYC-DSA’s party committee. Micah U is a socialist who likes to dance and likes it when other socialists dance, too. Ted From Accounting is a Queens-based DJ spinning high-octane house, disco, and synth to keep the fire burning and build solidarity on the dance floor.
