Individually Twisted

Based out of Durham, NC, this local family band adds their own flavor to many rock classics and likes to shake things up with several country and blues songs as well. Alan and Kimmie Wilson have enjoyed performing together since the beginning of the 80's. Several bands preceded Individually Twiste d including Seph & the Sifters and Bobby Z & the Impalas. Son Jonathan Wilson is quite the gentle “Animal” on drums. Many know Jonathan from his past bands, Untold, Urban Soil and City Dirt Trio. He is currently in Persistent Itch. He has sat in with, to name a few, Rebecca Newton and Willie Painter at many of their shows. Daughter Jordan Garnett has been singing with the family band since she was old enough to hold a microphone. Keyboardist Kris Whitenack has been a Triangle keyboardist for several decades and plays with nearly e'rebody! Finally, when he's not teaching music or DJing on WHUP, Ben Palmer offers up his bass-playing pizzazz. Ben plays with so many acts, it's nearly impossible to keep up with him! Ben played with Rebecca & the Hi-Tones for many years, along with Jonathan Wilson. Deadline for buying tickets online is 5pm the day of the show. After 5pm, please purchase all tickets at the door.  NOTE:  We do not take reservations; all seating is first-come, first-serve.
