Hugel

HUGEL is one of the most influential Afro House artists on the planet and a key architect of the global Afro Latin House movement. Through his imprint Make The Girls Dance Records, he continues to push culture forward, delivering timeless club records and multiple #1 Beatport hits. A multi-platinum artist, HUGEL reached a major milestone in 2025, when his catalog surpassed 1 billion streams in a single year, confirming his position at the very top of the global dance scene.

Born in Marseille and raised on a foundation of funk, disco, and soul, HUGEL began DJing on vinyl at just 16 years old. Inspired by legends such as Carl Cox, Laurent Garnier, Daft Punk, Amine Edge, and David Guetta, he developed a sound that is instantly recognizable — deeply rhythmic, emotionally charged, and built for massive dancefloors. His music is infused with the Balearic spirit of Ibiza and the cultural richness of the Mediterranean, blending Latin, oriental, and tribal influences into a powerful Afro House signature.

2025 marked a defining moment in HUGEL’s career with his first-ever residency at Hï Ibiza, which quickly became one of the most talked-about nights on the island. The residency was a standout success, drawing packed rooms week after week and firmly establishing HUGEL as a cornerstone of Ibiza’s new generation. That same year, his global tour reached new heights with standout performances across Ibiza, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Mexico, Brazil, and Europe, alongside major festival appearances including EDC Vegas, Tomorrowland, BPM Festival and Untold.

Looking ahead, 2026 is set to be another breakthrough year. HUGEL will release his highly anticipated debut album, marking a new creative chapter in his career. He will also make his first-ever Coachella performance, a landmark moment that underscores his crossover impact on the global stage. Adding to the momentum, HUGEL returns for a second Hï Ibiza residency in 2026, while simultaneously launching an exclusive Las Vegas residency at Encore, bringing his signature sound to one of the world’s most iconic nightlife destinations.

HUGEL isn’t just riding a wave — he’s creating it. With unmatched energy, a globally influential sound, and a rapidly expanding cultural footprint, he continues to redefine Afro House and ignite dancefloors worldwide.
