Haggis X-1

Haggis X-1 is a high-energy Celtic rock band built around veteran members of Enter the Haggis. Over a 30-year career, Enter the Haggis toured extensively across North America, performing on national television programs including Regis and Kelly , A&E, PBS, and on prestigious stages such as the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. With over 4 million Spotify streams, their songs “One Last Drink” and “Down With The Ship” have become modern Celtic pub anthems, keeping audiences raising a pint and singing along wherever they’re played. Carrying that legacy forward, Haggis X-1 blends driving rhythms, pipes, fiddle, and memorable songs into a powerful live show that connects with longtime Haggis Heads and new listeners alike. The band delivers a celebration of sound, rooted in strong melodies, fiery instrumentals and soulful improvisation. In addition to Craig Downie (bagpipes), Trevor Lewington (guitar) and Tom Barraco (drums), Haggis X-1 features Jesse Grandmont on fiddle ( America’s Got Talent , Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend ), guitarist Will Earley adding rhythmic punch and melodic flair, vocalist/keyboardist Charlotte Roth bringing dynamic lead vocals and rich textures, and Anthony Candullo on bass. Together, they create an engaging, contemporary take on Celtic rock that’s equally at home in listening rooms, theatres, clubs, and festival stages.
